in the 3rd Floor Classroom in the Field House.
Hands-on introduction to basic massage
strokes for relaxation and stress reduction. Class
format consists of relaxation technique, demonstration
and practice using major muscle groups of feet,
back, legs, arme and hands, or head/neck/
shoulders. Additional topics include draping, oils,
contraindications, acupressure and anatomy. Recommended
reading: The Book of Massage by Lucinda Lidell.
Please bring an old towel or sheet to cover the
tables. First night is foot massage.
