Learn the basic movements of Olympic weightlifting
progressing into full snatch and clean and jerk.
Technique is emphasized in the lifts and the accessory
lifts, including squats, front squats, deadlifts and
overhead presses. Olympic weightlifting is one of the
best things you can do to imnprove strength and
power. No experience required.
