We will discuss key components of effective leadership and build a leadership toolkit that includes goal setting, risk assessment, storytelling, active listening, and asking powerful questions. Reading assignments – from Aristotle to Drucker – and writing assignments will complement class discussions, interactive exercises, oral presentations, and interview practice.
