strengthen and tone your largest, caloring burning muscles.
Not only is snowshoeing great for all fitness levels, it
functions as a long duration workout for post-holiday
shaping and toning. A wonderful mood enhancer, this
class experience provides time outside in the lengthening
daylight hours on beautiful Vermont hillsides and trails.
